Original documents and bill from packers and movers
The documents a genuine move produces and what each proves, what an invoice must show for an employer or insurer claim, and why template bills get rejected.

No society in Pune lets a loaded truck through the gate without one. The accounts desk at your bank works the same way. It keeps a list of movers whose bills it will let in, and IBA approval is the pass that gets ours through.
The posting comes through and your bank tells you what it will pay for.
We pack, move and hand you an itemised invoice with our GST number on it.
The accounts desk recognises the bill, and the money comes back to you.
Most pages on this subject are written to impress. These are the parts that change what you do.
The Indian Banks Association keeps a panel of transport companies. It is about whose bills banks will settle. It says nothing about how well anyone wraps a wardrobe.
Paying for your own move? It changes nothing for you. Claiming the cost back from an employer? It can decide whether that claim is accepted.
Every bank writes its own transfer rules, with its own limits and its own list of papers. Read yours before you book anyone, including us.
Banks differ in the detail, but a reimbursement file usually comes down to these. Each one is something we hand you as a matter of course.
Paper 1
Most offices want to see that you compared. Ours arrives itemised on our letterhead after a survey, so it sits beside the others without raising a query.
Paper 2
Printed with GSTIN 27AAECH0488E1ZN and the legal name Happy Packers and Movers Private Limited, which is exactly what an accounts desk sees when it looks that number up on the government portal.
Paper 3
A signed inventory of everything loaded in Pune and everything handed over at the other end. This is the paper that settles any question later.
Paper 4
A receipt against the invoice, in your name, with the mode of payment on it. A bank transfer leaves the cleanest trail, which is why we prefer it too.
Four stages, and the last one is the part other movers leave until you chase them.
Our registrations
All four are public records. Look them up before you book, with us or with anyone else.
Call or send the form. We ask where you are going, what you have and what your bank allows.
A quick video or in person survey, then an itemised quote you can put in front of your office.
Our own crew packs, loads and delivers, with the inventory signed at both ends.
The GST invoice and receipt reach you in the same week, so you can file the claim well before the deadline.
No spam. We only call you about your move.
Did not find your answer? Call or WhatsApp us and a move expert will help you right away.
No. It decides whether your employer accepts the bill, not what the move costs. Our rates are the same published rates every other customer pays, and you can work yours out on the cost calculator.
We can only give you ours, and we give it in writing, itemised, after a survey, so it is easy to compare line by line. Get the other two from companies that will also survey your house, because a price given over the phone without seeing your goods tends to change on moving day.
Yes, on every move, with GSTIN 27AAECH0488E1ZN and the company legal name on it. You can check that number yourself on the government GST portal before you book.
Within the same week as delivery, and sooner if your claim deadline is close. Tell us at booking and we will keep it at the front of the queue.
We move from Pune to every state in India, and we have our own offices in 14 cities including Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna and Chandigarh. Where there is no branch, our crew travels with the goods and hands them over themselves.
