Hadapsar is really two places. There are the planned townships, Magarpatta City and Amanora Park Town, where the roads are wide, the security is organised and the lifts work properly. Then there is the older Hadapsar around Gadital and the Solapur Road side, which is dense, busy and built before anyone thought about a moving truck.
The townships are easy to move in but come with paperwork. A gate pass, a lift booking, sometimes a refundable deposit with the facility office, and a fixed slot you cannot overrun. We raise all of it in advance because turning up without it means the truck waits at the gate.
Solapur Road carries heavy traffic all day, including long-distance trucks, so timing matters more here than in most of Pune. We load early where we can. For anything going out of the city, Hadapsar is actually well placed, because the truck joins the highway without crossing the city centre.
Magarpatta and Amanora both need a gate pass and a booked lift slot, and they hold the truck at a loading bay rather than at your tower. Around Gadital the lanes are too narrow for a large vehicle at any time of day. Long-distance shifting out of Hadapsar runs from the same booking, with car and bike transport if you need them.

Slow in the evening with a level crossing that can hold a truck, so loading here is a morning job.
